How do I book a luxury ride?
Use the online fare calculator to pick By Distance or By Hours, choose One Way or Round Trip, enter pickup and drop-off, then select your vehicle. You can also call or text (813) 998-6544 for an instant quote.
Do you charge by distance or by the hour?
Both. Choose By Distance for point-to-point transfers such as airport rides, or By Hours for weddings, events, and executive travel where the chauffeur stays with you for the full reservation.
How far in advance should I book?
For airport transfers we recommend booking at least 24 hours ahead. Weddings, corporate roadshows, and holiday travel should be reserved 1–2 weeks in advance to guarantee vehicle availability.
Can I book a round-trip reservation?
Yes. Toggle Round Trip in the booking calculator and provide the return date and time — one chauffeur, one confirmation, one price.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the pickup time are refunded in full. Inside 24 hours, a service fee may apply — call (813) 998-6544 and we will do our best to accommodate changes.
Do you offer 24/7 service?
Yes. Liam Luxury Ride operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week across Florida, including late-night arrivals, early-morning departures, and holidays.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. For corporate accounts and event packages, invoicing is available on request.
